A 19 story, 400 room, IHG branded InterContinental Hotel designed by John Portman & Associates for Portman Holdings.  The progam includes podium ballroom and meeting room spaces, guest registration on Level 3 and a top of house Sky Bar with views over the Pacific ocean.  The vertical transportation strategy includes shuttle to guest registration, hotel passenger elevators and back-of-house service elevators.
