A 45 story mixed-use office/hotel tower with a convention center podium.  The office zone was designed for a single tenant; the hotel included a top down design with a Sky Lobby Registration at the top of the zone. 

 

The vertical transportation strategy included an office local group, car park group, high speed hotel express shuttles, a local hotel group, and back-of-house service elevators for each zone.  Destination Dispatching was the basis for specification for the office and express group.  The podium included escalators, machine-room-less passenger and service elevators.
