During his 25 year career Shepler has been responsible for the growth and oversight of various elevator company and consulting operations.  Prior to working with Fortune, Shepler was an Executive Vice President of an international elevator consulting firm where he was responsible for hiring, training and development of the firm's consulting staff.  ​

High on his list of career accompolishments is his decision to work with Fortune.  This venture enabled Scott to return to what he enjoys most, working with clients and elevating buildings.

  

Since teaming with Fortune, Shepler has further developed his expertise on international projects.  His resume includes projects in China, Singapore, Jeddah, London, and Kaula Lumpur.  He has also brought a U.S. perspective to an otherwise international firm with projects in California, Colorado and elsewhere in the States.

Scott and his wife Sue have two children.  Outside of work they enjoy skiiing, mountain biking and everything that Colorado has to offer.

Scott has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Iowa State University.
