Vista will be a 93 story, mixed use, supertall planned for Chicago's Lake Shore East.  The program includes a 5 Star Wanda Hotel, luxury residential units, and below grade parking.

The vertical transportation strategy includes a low/high arrangement for the residential floors with a dedicated residential service elevator.  The hotel  includes guest passenger and amenity elevators, and dedicated  back-of-house service elevators.
